Nothing. Let them say what they feel. A high elbow is better than a low elbow anyway. One thing a high elbow does for someone who doesn't realize it (much like the parents you're probably talking about), is help to emphasize the top hand on the swing, getting it to the top of the ball faster, especially on fastballs up in the zone (i.e. Albert Pujols), which is good.
Not a big deal.
