All Fly Balls = .176
All Ground Ball = .376
All Line Drives = .760
Hit all ground balls and line drives and you will go to the Hall of fame! You don't get bad hops in the air! <<<
Hi Scott
I am all for hard hit line drives. But keep in mind that a ball hit on the centerline with bat angling upward at 12 degrees is a line drive. The ball must be struck ¼ to 3/8 inch below centerline to attain home run loft. -- I have my batters try to hit the center.
Scott, at - http://www.youthbaseballcoaching.com/swings.html there are 47 clips of some of the best hitters. See how many of those clips you can show us where the bat is angling downward at contact.
