I would like to take credit for inventing the methods and techniques taught on this site. However, they are findings from my study of the mechanics great hitters have been using for decades. Other than accepting my analysis of the swing plane exhibited by the best hitters, I suggest you ask yourself Mike Epstein’s question – “Do we actually teach what we see?”

As I told Scott, at - http://www.youthbaseballcoaching.com/swings.html – there are 47 clips of good hitters. Study the plane of their bats approaching contact. I doubt you could go wrong teaching what you see.
