I agree that the same way you create bat speed for baseball you do for softball. However in baseball the angle of your bat is lower. In softball you have a higher zone. Lets face it,if you watch a baseball player play softball they just seem a little off in their swing,thats because their swing ios more towards the knees and waist

Diagree 100%. Baseball player needs a few cuts to adjust to the pitch release point, the rise ball etc. and then he'll rip the **** out of the ball. Good baseball player can cover the zone just fine.
