Can anyone give me some tips for improving his power? He has good form but I cant seem to make that increase his power. He really wants to hit better so I thought I would look around for some instruction.

Purchase Jack's tape/DVD and that will start you on the right path. After that try to ask questions, because you'll have many. Educate yourelf (which you are doing) and your son will have the best possible teacher, one who cares. I'm not a big fan of T-work...the video will help explain why.
