Educate yourelf (which you are doing) and your son will have the best possible teacher, one who cares. I'm not a big fan of T-work...the video will help explain why. I agree with Coach C. I purchased the video a couple of years ago. No doubt, it is the best hitting video I've seen so far. There isn't another video that explains in depth "WHY". I am a big believer in soft toss work when it comes to working rotation mechanics.
