> I agree with Coach C. I purchased the video a couple of years ago. No doubt, it is the best hitting video I've seen so far. There isn't another video that explains in depth "WHY". I am a big believer in soft toss work when it comes to working rotation mechanics.

I don't disagree with soft toss but careful that he strides to center and doesn't start timing your toss and start stepping into and through the contact point with forward motion. Work on quick hips, not quick hands. Keep those hands back and last to the ball
