I went to 60 min but could not find the link. It would be interesting to see how he how he evaluates his own mechanics. If you still have the link, I would appreciate you sending it to me

In the near future, I plan to start a thread on THT and will use A-Rod’s swing to demonstrate how the mechanic is applied. It might be interesting to the readers to compare his analysis of how he generates bat speed to my analysis.
