Waiting on Change-up or Curve

Posted by: Thomas (TWVanya@aol.com) on Thu May 4 07:14:15 2000

Is there any difference from the hitter's point of view in "waiting" for a change-up vs. a curve. Assuming the hitter recognizes what is coming and is able to delay his rotation, I would guess it is just a matter of getting the bathead on the ball at the proper time.

What am I missing?

Thanks!!
