I must admit though not w/ his choice of words that Paul makes a few points to be addressed. His question Why? deserves an answer.Especially for kids in little league. I read a post that said that each style rota/ linear had its merits.It's possible that depending on the situation they both have pros and cons? I personally believe if you can effectively teach rotational its the way to go. My boy is 12 and Im stressing Rotational. OBTW would Cobb have been considered linear or rotational? ,hands apart, dead ball era,he had an awesome bat and awesome running speed,baaad attitude.
