striding towards plate (getting jammed)
I developed a problem of getting jammed on pitches. I have lost the ability to pull the ball and all I hit for power is to dead center and right center (opposite field I am a righty). I am getting jammed on middle in pitches. Pitches that I should be crushing to left field (pulling the ball). I feel as though I am striding too much towards the plate rather then straight towards the pitcher. Anything I can do to help get rid of this terrible habit?? I have tryed an open stance and I am weary of doing this because I feel like my hips are slightly opened already and I am losing potential power.
