Yeah that's what I've been trying to do but since it's slow pitch softball and the ball comes in so slow I think I lean into the pitch too much as well. All my power is coming to dead center and right center (opposite field) and occasionally I can pull one. All my power should be to left field (pulling). I'm thinking about widening my stance (Vernon Wells) so I basically don't have any stride and see if that helps. I just want to be able to hit the ball as hard as possible everytime up obviously and in softball how slow the pitch is coming in I should be able to do this with no problems.
