Both Barry and Ted start hip rotation prior to footplant. Watch their belt loops. When do they start rotating? When does the hitter "go".

For get about the slot. It has nothing to do with the swing. Torque the handle at launch with forearm rotation and the elbow does whatever. It is a "no teach".
