What To Do In The Offseason??

Posted by: Carlos M. () on Sun Nov 4 17:42:57 2001

That was a quick season.

I got Jack's tape back in April, and it took me six months of trial and error and practice to finally start putting everything together. Am I a slow learner, or is that normal?

I'm going to write off 2001 as a 'rebuilding year' for me. That's not to say that I had a bad year at the plate. I didn't. But I was dissapointed with my power numbers.

Anyway- other than weight lifting- what can I do this offseason (indoors) to work on these mechanics? (I don't think that my basement ceiling is high enough to swing at a heavy bag)

Jack- thanks for all of your replies here during the season!
