That was a quick season.

watch the tape again. The bag stands on the floor. I put mine against a wall that has a small 'bump' to keep the bag from falling to the side.
Hitting the heavy bag is a really good exercise and one of the primary drills you should do indoors in the winter.
Don't hang the bag and swing at it like a pinata.

> Anyway- other than weight lifting- what can I do this offseason (indoors) to work on these mechanics? (I don't think that my basement ceiling is high enough to swing at a heavy bag)
