> > I would work out alot with weights,then I would stretch twice as much then I would swim to create long muscles.Get a speed bag to work on hand eye coordination and play alot of pingpong.Lots of situps and lower back strengthening.Take at least 100 swings a day.Work on the over/under swing training.Find a railroad track and hit the rocks with a broomstick,then go to hitting popcorn seed with a stick.Always think of form and focus.Think of your strengths and weaknesses and how pitchers pitched to you that you will face again.Take that heavy bag hang it and work it as a boxer with gloves,its great for building arm and shoulder strength and if you think of it as a pitcher it will help you build an aggressive kill or be killed attitude when you step in the box next season.Learn deep breathing through yoga for ex.being relaxed is important in hitting over adrenaline can kill mechanics,remember 90%of hitting is mental relax an get your game plan figured out before in the box.Motivate yourself to do as much as you can each day and make a mental game of trying to do more than what you think your major competitor is doing each day.motivation is necessary to be relentless every day.Inspirational music can push you to new heights during training see where it may work for you.
