Hitting grounders

For some reason, I'm hitting grounders now (pretty hard grounders). I know my swing plane is the same as the ball path, but I seem to be getting inline a little too high. It's really freaky cuzz it just started to happen about a week ago. I know I'm mechanically correct, but I just can't seem to hit the ball square. Once in a while I hit it square, when I do I really connect.
