Two things seem apparent to me.

1. You need to carefully reread everything you can find on this site. You don't really grasp, IMHO, the mechanic described here. Slow down, read it all again, and then post some calm specific questions on items with which you still disagree. Also read Mike's post on his site where he as much as says that hitters who start with a high elbow and drop it into the slot just before launch often exhibit what Jack call tht naturally without planning it.

2. Your conflict resolution skills need a lot of development.
