I understand the strapping the elbow to the body to keep it connected. What can you do to prevent the hands from sliding forward or casting during rotation forward . It would seem someone could design a vest of some sort to keep the back elbow and hand in place untill the contact point. This would seem like a good tool to use on the heavy bag. Any thoughts?
