I am new to rotational hitting and have been browising for a while. I want to teach my 8 year old this, but want to learn a little more before I try showing him.

I've seen the THT video clip which looks to move the top hand in a fishing/casting type motion. I then came across this post with a drill that keeps the thumb against the right shoulder to get the feel for THT. It's this the opposite of the video. Just a little confused.
