> hi i need help on making some kind of workout plan im 5'10 135 lbs. im in 10th grade but im going to be playing varsity next year as a center/left fielder and short stop. Ultimatley i just want to bulk up but i dont want to do anything wrong what can you reccommend me?

I would suggest drinking protein shakes to build muscle (ex. Ensure). They sell those at Walgreens.

With regard to bulking up I would suggest you consult a strength coach with regard to baseball (along with your parents).

The use of weights with young adults is not to be taken lightly since many youths are still growing. The key is to use proper form.

Granted most will likely not become injured, but it is not worth the risk of not being properly supervised.

Also you could seek out a beginning strength training book which should have some start up exercises and or training routines.
