Totally agree and second the suggestion to see a strength coach if you have the financial resources. If not, try to find a part time job at one of these training facilities. Many strength coaches nowadays are very familiar with the rotational forces required to throw and/or hit a baseball. Find one that stresses core training. And stay away from creatine which is given away like candy at some places. I know its banned in my conference, and for good reason. See for yourself as there are plenty of studies out there when you google "creatine". You can "easily" put on 30-35 lbs if you work at it. My 10th grade son went from 5'10 160 lbs to 6'1 195lbs in one year. He ate meals seven times a day and diligently worked at a structured conditioning program. Best of luck.
