For those that feel there isn't much shoulder tilt in the swing, go
to the "swing mechanics" link on the main page and, look at the animation that Jack has up there.
I would definitley say, that Jack went to great lengths to illustrate an incredibly, sound, rotational, swing, as indicated with the animation.
Unless my eyes deceive me, it appears that the rear elbow is tucked, while the front elbow is slotting up, the front leg blocks out in the front.And, in my opinion, pitch location is the result of the tilt
exhibited.
