My suggestion, in all seriousness, would be to take a deep breath and, not lose sight of the fact your son is only 7 years old!
He has tons of time to get it right.
My nine year old son, who I think is a good player, said to me the other day after I critiqued his swing;"Dad, I'm only nine years old."
He was absolutely right.
Just keep pitching and, let your son keep swinging. He'll be fine.
He needs to have fun!! He's seven :)
