Jack,

I know that the athletes you mentioned were taught proper mechanics at a young age but I know you know that you have to be very careful as to not break thier spirit. Besides IMO a lot of kids when they first swing a bat hard they have fairly good mechanics because they are doing what is natural and feels right. The problem is they get those good mechanics coached out of them.
