He has tons of time to get it right.
My nine year old son, who I think is a good player, said to me the other day after I critiqued his swing;"Dad, I'm only nine years old."
He was absolutely right.
Just keep pitching and, let your son keep swinging. He'll be fine.
He needs to have fun!! He's seven :) <<<

Your advice is probably best for many parents. However, I doubt if the dads of super stars like Jimmy Conners, Chris Everett or Tiger Woods would agree. I understand those athletes were being taught the correct way to swing at the age of three.
