For what purpose did you pick, choose and reorganize Tom's words?

Why did you leave out his "segmented/sequenced release of energy" from your synopsis of his description?.....leaving only "turning too much together"?

Hi Teacherman

The topic of this discussion regards whether or not there is a difference between “spinning” and “rotation” as they pertain to the hips, torso and shoulders. As I often find with Tom’s posts, he tends branch off the subject being discussed to cover a wide range of other issues. I chose Tom’s statements I found most prevalent to the topic at hand.
