Pivot question

Jack,

I'm not clear on one thing. Looking at a right handed batter, the left foot, how does it pivot. Do you pivot on your heel or on the ball of your foot. Your last video made it look like you pivot on the ball of your foot but it seems like you have better balance by pivoting on the heel.
