I disagree, the frames are clear and easy to see. There's a sequence in the swing. Breaking the sequence up is a good alternative to watching the entire swing. 60fps is fun, 30fps is ok, but if you have a good idea what your looking at you can draw some conclusions from a few frames or pictures.

Tracking the movement with fewer frames gives you a kinetic sense to the movement, example, head drop and movement, hip movement, center of gravity, etc., etc.,. If you have a good clip from early on in the sequence, cutting frames is a good alternative to seeing some of the dynamics without having a kinetic printout.
