> I disagree, the frames are clear and easy to see. There's a sequence in the swing. Breaking the sequence up is a good alternative to watching the entire swing. 60fps is fun, 30fps is ok, but if you have a good idea what your looking at you can draw some conclusions from a few frames or pictures.

>.[If you have a good idea of what your looking for]Yes Shawn we can throw out alot of frames but when I am trying to show video to someone new and their are voids in the swing some of these voids are the guardrails that I am trying to show as comparisons to other clips and when they can't see that point in the swing they say how do you know it happened,all I can say is experience watching clips
