Hitting For The Above Average Ballplayer

Posted by: Ryan (BAZEBALL59@AOL.com) on Fri May 5 13:08:06 2000

I am a player. I bat leadoff on every team I play for. I have found out that the best thing for your swing is perfect repetition on machanics. Once I got the right machanics down I was hitting the ball better and was being more happy with my hitting. You don't have to take a great big rip at the ball to hit a hard line drive into the gap. Get your hands back, set, and your stride overwith before the pitch is thrown. I am just doind this and keeping it simple and I feel like I am having the most success I have ever had in my life.
