I would like to comment on this post about "bang for your Buck" by Mr. Procito. Something you must realize about any facet of the game, there are several techniques or schools of thought that a variety of coaches use throughout the world. What I have come to realize you use what works to make your athlete successful....by this I mean if you can teach an athlete to hit with one arm,one leg in the air, and one eye closed and be sussessful, then why change. Sure there are some techniques proven more successful than others, but if they work...use them. You should not knock anyone elses philosophies unless you are willing to show someone a better or different way....Which by the way.......What is your philosophy on hitting Mr. Procito?
