Drills to enforce rotation
I need a drill that I can do in the off season to
get me to STOP lunging at the ball and start
rotating my body.
During the season I found that no matter what
I would try to do to stop it, I would bring my
weight and body forward to hit - result: contact
but not much pop.
Batting cages are a pain and pricey over the
winter. Any good drills out there??
