Just when I think Joe A is a nut case with no understanding of coaching or playing from prior posts and only dead weight wanting some confrontation on a very good discussion board he comes up with some very interesting coaching ideas. Joe A may actually be a very good "younger youth" coach at the rec. level. That was a good post and enjoyed reading it.
