im thinking about buying a video and learning this swing. I need to know if i would see definite results if i worked at this. Im basically a line drive hitter and hit for average.I want to learn how to hit the long ball.

yes it works I have been coaching baseball and softball for close to 20 years and the more I digest the swing mechanics of the rotational swing and really study major leaguers and the way they swing, it is pretty eye opening to see this is exactly the way a very, very high percentage of them swing.
I have been teaching rotational mechanics for a few months to our girls fastpitch team and no joke I had one girl hit a homerun and a long foulball home run and another girl hit two homeruns. the next tourney one of the same girls hit another long homer.this did not happen until i started studying and applying the mechanics of the rotational swing. money well spent my friend
