My daughter has developed a blip in her swing. The bat jumps over the ball then levels off on the follow through, sort of like a heart beat on a moniter can anyone help? Her timing is right on but the bat seams to "hop" over the ball.

> Check her grip. Make sure the knocking knuckles line up. If the hands are twisted so that the punching knucles line up, and the back elbow is held high , the bat will hump as it goes thru the contact/strike zone. This is common with a long, casting swing. The hands need to be bottom hand palm down, and top hand palm up through impact.
