transition from drills to live pitching

Posted by: Dave (NYTino20@aol.com) on Mon Apr 23 05:29:42 2007

what is the best way to transition from drills (heavy bag, soft toss) to live pitching practice. How does it work?? I am ready to devote as much time as possible working on my swing. I am ready to purchase the heavy bag. I just want to know the correct steps to become more rotational. I am not expecting to be 100% rotational because that is a lot to ask for but for right now I want to at least be more rotational then I currently am and really increase my batspeed naturally with mechanics.

So if anybody out there can help me what is the best way to do it?? I am ready to go to rotational mechanics boot camp LOL. What do you all recommend that I do?? I already purchased Jack's second version of his DVD I just need to get a heavy bag.

Also how does the heavy bag help compared to say live bp or soft toss. I know the answer most likely but I would just like to hear it in a more detailed manner. Thank you all for your time.
