Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: griffey instructo swing
this goes out to people that invaladate the instructo swing product.i think before you make a decision on this product please open up your self centered mind that you have all the answers to hitting.I feel if griffey jr would swing less upper cutting he would stay on the ball better and also he needs to hit the other way more.I also feel that people make hitting sound so hard by their words and terms.I would love to speak with anyone about this product i am the inventor of the instructo swing!! let's talk hitting some.

In my opinion it would take a good circular handpath to swing through the "good habit bars". If a hitter had linear mechanics, he would hit the top bar on his down swing. With a circular hand path the hitter would be able to swing between the bars. However, I have never used the product so I can't recommend it but it does appear useful. Ken Griffey Jr. would be able to swing between the bars using his sweet rotational swing.

So, 8 in ten balls were ground balls and 4 in ten were hit into the ground just in front of the plate. This was consistent for all 6 hitters.

The instructo swing 1) takes up floor space; 2) gives Griffey Jr. endorsement $; 3) dents expensive bats if you're not careful; 4) makes the instructor seem indispensible since no one can really swing through the thing WITHOUT HELP FROM A TRAINED PROFESSIONAL; 5) holds up to 10 coats and jackets at one time during a practice; 6) when laid on its side, can serve as a medicine ball rack; 7) is a great warmup for chopping down trees; 8)comes in the color of your choice, as long as it is black; 9) removes top hand torque; and 10) can be used left handed or right handed with equal results!
