Rear shoulder drives the front shoulder

Posted by: Jimmy () on Sat Feb 24 21:56:11 2007

Hi guys,

Hear are some clips showing how the rear shoulder starts to drive before the front shoulder rotates out.

The front shoulder starts to move after the back side and hands stars to apply force to the bat. This is how the force of the hips can start to drive the hands and bat without the force of the front shoulder.
