The front shoulder starts to move after the back side and hands stars to apply force to the bat. This is how the force of the hips can start to drive the hands and bat without the force of the front shoulder."

Given that the shoulders are linked, what you are describing isn't physically possible.

The way this actually works is that the hips start to turn which stretches the muscles of the torso which pulls the shoulders and thus the hands around.
