With my computer, this gives control of frame advance to my left (<) or right (>) arrow keys on the key board. Some use their mouse to brag the button across the bar.

Jack,

These clips come up in real player (that is what comes up) and while I see the slide bar there is no way I am able to do frame by frame your way or anyway? This has been very frustrating to say the least because I have gone to these clips and others referenced here numerous times over the years and have never been able to get a frame by frame clip. It has kept me out of the loop in breaking down swings and even debating here on this forum. I appreciate your advice but is there any other reason I cannot get my comp (1 year old)to perform this correctly?
