Re: Re: Mac's mechanics during his slump last year.

Jack, I was wondering if you watched Mac frame by frame last season. If so, I was wondering if you noticed what was wrong with his mechanics. I am from central Ill and a cardinal fan so I saw McGwire often. I watched his swing in slow motion and I only noticed he was occasionally on his front foot. If you asked me I think he was thinking too much and engadged himself in a mental slump. Also, I sometimes experience pain in my back inner elbow while hitting. I was wondering if it had anything to do with letting my hands get ahead of my bodies rotation. I had pulled some outside pitches into the gap and I thought extension of the back elbow may have been the problem. I am sorry for writing a book, but I had a couple of questions and I haven't had time to post any messages lately. Thanks.
