Hi Teacherman

I am not quite sure where you are heading with this. Could you expand on your statement. Example – If the great hitters are resisting shoulder rotation, why would they use energy to rotate the hips. Wouldn’t rotating the hips make it harder for the shoulders to resist rotation? Or, would not rotating the hips clockwise (right-handed batter) be a better way to aid the shoulders resistance to rotating counter clockwise?
