Hi Shawn, Tom, RQL & others

I am sorry some of your posts were deleted. Your posts contained good thoughtful information but in deleting some of the hateful shear nonsense and/or spam type posts that have appeared lately, your posts were also inadvertently deleted. I just will not allow spiteful rhetoric to deteriorate the board's worth to other coaches and players.

I will ask my web master to allow the boards delete function to be more selective in the future.
