more than mechanics

Tell me more of mental hitting,I'm a big strong hitter and told I have potential by scouts but there is something missing I'm just a little off with alot of pitches and I only think about mechanics and seeing the ball.I also find myself straining to see waiting to long like your focus.Tell me more and your credentials and where you played and when, this is all new to me RQL,thanks alot.
