I just posted a reply to Burgess below. I should give you more insight into my thinking about the stride and weight shift. --- I started reading Steve Ferroli’s book today. Steve wrote a lot about how sad and depressed Ted was that people raved at what a great hitter he was but wouldn’t listen to his batting theories. They were all into the Lau thing. Steve made a commit I can relate to. He wrote: ‘I hope I’m coming in loud and clear when I say, “If you don’t want it, you won’t get it.”
