hi I have a machine that can measure a players bat speed .and after experminting with many different theories and styles I have found that chp brings on maxium bat speed and there is actually such a thing as early bat speed .with that said I have the most sucess hitting when i go to a neGATIVE load, stride to balance and and really concentrate on cutting the ball in half with only the sweet spot on the bat. IF a player constantly improvES bat head accuracy AND BAT ANGLES ALONG WITH BALANCE AND BAT SPEED THEY SHOULD BECOME A MUCH IMPROVED BATTTER.AFTER MECHANICS ARE CORRECTED REALLY SEEING THE BALL ANDBAT HEAD ACCURACY ARE NEXT
