Hey Jerry well I use a negative load as well then. Over/under speed swinging increases bat speed pretty good. Also, surprisingly core flexibility really increases speed and power. I'd put strength somewhere around number 4 or 5 for power. It is interesting to use a speed swing monitor to see what works best.
