momentum jack...i read the recent discussion on momentum...
what some people call momentum others might call overcoming inertia... and maybe i am misinterpreting your philosophy, bit i think you believe going back with the arms is good but you seem to ignore the lower body's role in going back to overcome inertia... Followups:
