Instead of loading in one quick phase, is it good to start slowly moving your hands back into the load as the pitcher is in his wind-up getting ready to release the ball, and then as the pitcher gets deeper into his wind-up, then you really load back and take your stride. I am starting to see some hiters doing this. Is this OK to do?
